Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
• One entry per person per email address. Multiple entries from the same person across the promotional period are not allowed. All entrants are eligible to win a daily prize and the main prize at the end of the campaign period.
• Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

2. Promotional Period:

• The promotion will run from 00:01 27 May 2021 to 23:59 20 June 2021. Daily draws 27 May – 20 June. Top Prize Draw at the end of the Promotional Period for all valid entries. No entries will be accepted outside of the Promotional Period.

3. How to Enter:

• Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

• Between 27 May - 20 June 2021, at the time of entry you will be entered into the Daily Prize Draw for that day of entry between 00:01 and 23:59, along with the Top Prize Draw.
• No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes or products included as part of the prizes for a similar product or prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection:

• All eligible entries will be entered into a daily prize draw and the Top Prize Draw. Winners are chosen at random by web-based software from all valid entries. For an entry to be considered valid it must meet the defined criteria of entry. All data is stored securely and in accordance with GDPR requirements.

1. Daily winners will be selected on the Monday after each promotional week of entry as detailed below via 7 individual draws (4 draws in the first week), one for each day of each promotional week of the promotional period.

2. Top Prize Draw will be drawn on 21st June 2021 for all valid promotion entrants between 00.01 27 May - 23.59 20 June 2021.

6. Winner Notification:

• All winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 7 days of each daily draw date and the Top Prize Draw date. All winners have 14 days to confirm acceptance of their prize along with a UK delivery address and contact number for delivery by replying to the notification email. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject their prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prizes. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email connections during this time in case they are the winner.

7. Delivery:

• Daily Prizes: All prizes will be delivered by courier within 28 days of winner confirmation and the completion of any verification process including the supply of the delivery address.
• Top Prize: The top prize will be organised by email with the winner and delivered by courier within 28 days of winner confirmation and the completion of any verification process including the supply of the delivery address.
• We aim to deliver all prizes to winners within 28 days of winner confirmation. However, due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be small delays. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion will be delayed or affected due to the continuing Coronavirus pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes. We will try our best to get your prizes to you as quickly as possible.

8. Winners List:

• The Promoter will make available the main prize winner’s surname and county to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting info@wgrant.com.
• We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by writing to The NDL Group, Unit 12, Deane House Studios, Greenwood Place, London, NW5 1LB. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.

9. Verification:

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and photo ID proving the winners are over 18 years old (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

10. Liability:

• It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
• If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
• The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using their prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

11. General:

• If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain Your data will be wiped 60 days after the campaign closing date on 12th August force and effect.
• The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
• These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
